A great result for our research activities: eight papers have been accepted at MEDICON 2026.

The accepted works span several of the topics we are currently exploring, including biomedical AI, multimodal learning, physiological signals, computer vision, and clinical NLP.

Looking forward to presenting and discussing this work with the community. See you in Siena from September 14 to 17!

Assistant Professor & AI Research Scientist

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering at Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. My research focuses on artificial intelligence, with particular interests in natural language processing, large language models, multimodal learning, explainable AI, and biomedical applications.

I am particularly interested in developing reliable and data-efficient machine learning methods for low-data and specialized-domain settings, and in translating advances in AI into interdisciplinary biomedical research.
